CHARMING, DARLING, SPACIOUS, GORGEOUS, CUTE, and whatever other overused, salesy, cheesy words you hear when reading these things. OR I could just talk to you like you wanna be talked to and just let you know this place is pretty cool dude. The dark floors are perfect for sliding on in your socks, the kitchen is tastefully updated and has plenty of space for hanging out, cooking, and eating either alone or with a large group of people. Theres a main floor bedroom suite and a loft area and a few other bedrooms upstairs and all of em are good sized. The basement is all set to be finished to your liking and even has a walk out. Oh and you got a garage big enough for 3 cars or a sweet bar area and 2 cars (thats what I would do). The neighborhood is cool and has a pool you can swim in or hang out around and listen to some good music. Go on and check it out. You'll like it. I pinky promise.
