WHERE IT BEGAN


Magnolia Real Estate opened its doors in 2018 and has quickly grown into one of the top independent brokerages in the St Louis Metro area. We have accomplished this by hiring amazing agents, both experienced and new to the industry. The new agents are not expected to know everything, nor do we expect them to learn this industry on their own. This is why the Magnolia Mentor Program was created. It is our goal, to teach and encourage new agents the right way to do things, so that they can be successful in their own right!


HOW MENTORS ARE CHOOSEN


When a new agent joins the Magnolia Real Estate Family, they are immediately paired with one of our nine Magnolia Mentors. Within the first week of being matched up, the Mentor and the new agent will meet for a brief meeting to establish goals, expectations and to set up a schedule to work with each other to learn all about their new agency and career! Each Mentor has a little different background in the industry. We use these differences to help pair the new Mentees with the perfect advisor. The Mentors are also responsible for ensuring that the new Magnolia Agent understands our Company’s Mission and Core Values.

Mentors receive a compensation of 10% of your first 3-5 deals for their counsel and expertise
